Encik Khalid Ramli is presently the Chief Financial Officer at PR1MA Corporation Malaysia. Prior to this appointment, he held several roles including Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance as well as the Interim Head of Integrity Unit. He previously served as an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Governance and Compliance upon joining PR1MA in October 2012.

Encik Khalid began his career as an Officer in Charge of Retail and Credit Cards Services at Maybank Finance Berhad before he decided to further his studies in the United Kingdom. Prior to his return, he joined the Chartered Accountant, Government of United Arab Emirates Medical Services (London) and IT Human Resources Consultancy Companies as an accountant as well as a financial and business analyst. He then held the position of Head of Corporate Services at Worldview Broadcasting Channel (M) Sdn Bhd, a startup broadcasting company before he began his service at PR1MA.

Encik Khalid holds a Bachelor of Arts, Accounting and Finance from the Liverpool John Moores University, United Kingdom. He is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, as well as a Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) trained by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy since January 2018.
