PR1MA Communications Sdn Bhd (PCSB) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia (PR1MA) which was established under the PR1MA Act 2012 to plan, develop, construct and maintain quality housing with lifestyle concepts for middle-income households in urban and sub-urban areas.

PCSB is tasked to provide IT and telecommunication related services in all PR1MA developments, which includes PR1MA Homes and other residential and commercial developments undertaken by PR1MA nationwide. All PR1MA developments are being built with high-speed broadband internet access infrastructure running on FTTx Technology (Fibre-To-The-Home, Fibre-To-The-Office) covering multi and single dwelling housing units, commercial blocks, facilities and other PR1MA related commercial and service areas.

PCSB is a licensed telecommunications provider with Network Service Provider (NSP), Network Facility Provider (NFP), and Application Service Provider (ASP) licenses from the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).
