YBhg. Datuk Wira M Noor Azman bin Taib was appointed as a Member of Corporation (MOC) on 2 February 2022.

He started his career as the Assistant Secretary, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Defence. He has held several other positions in the Government including as the Deputy Secretary-General (Management), Youth and Sports Ministry in 2018, as the ministry’s Secretary-General in 2020, and as the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Local Government Development in 2021. 

YBhg. Datuk Wira M Noor Azman served as a civil servant for over 25 years and as a sign of appreciation for his service to the country, he was  bestowed the Darjah Kebesaran Bintang dan Pingat Wilayah Persekutuan, Kesatria Mahkota Wilayah in 2011, Pingat Perkhidmatan Cemerlang in 2012, Darjah Kebesaran Negeri Kedah Darul Aman, Setia DiRaja Kedah in 2017 and Darjah Kebesaran Bintang and Pingat Wilayah Persekutuan, Panglima Mahkota Wilayah also in 2017. 

YBhg. Datuk Wira M Noor Azman is a graduate of the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Urban Studies and Planning. As a civil servant, he expanded his knowledge into the field of administration when he obtained a Diploma in Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in 2000. He then pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology Management at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2004.

Apart from holding the position as a Board Member of PR1MA, YBhg. Datuk Wira M Noor Azman and is a member of the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service Association up till the present time.
