YBhg Datuk Mohd Afrizan Bin Husain was appointed as a Member of Corporation (MOC) on 23 October 2020.

He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand from the year 1990 until 1999. He left Pricewaterhouse Coopers to establish the firm of Chartered Accountants, Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar (AFTAAS) as the managing partner, with the responsibility of managing the operations and development of the strategic plans of AFTAAS Group of Companies. He is currently a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Far East Holding Berhad.

With over 30 years of professional experience ranging from audit and assurance, consulting and advisory, insolvency practice and tax compliance and advisory, his major assignments include operational audit of a telecommunication company, setting up of internal audit department of a government agency, financial and debt structuring exercise of a public company and forensic audit investigation of listed companies.

YBhg Datuk Mohd Afrizan is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), CPA Australia (CPA), Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Fellow Member of Chartered Taxation Institute of Malaysia (FTIM).
